Beware of Job Advertisers

Are you fed up being disappointed with interviews, where you find that the job position you applied for entails something less significant than the title advertised, Are you unsure what job you should apply for or are you unclear why you don't make an impression at interviews? you are not alone as millions of job seekers all over the world face the same plight. Breath a sigh of relief for some of the most popular idioms you have grown up learning and some modern day quotes can help you avoid such disappointments.

Lesson No  1....

Don't judge a book by it's cover

Most of the job advertisers carry attractive titles and to the disillusionment of many, in most causes the job does not do justice to the title at all..
Read the job profile below the title, search for the key words and then use the internet to look up smiler words and you are bound to get a direction of what the job will entail..

Lesson No  2...

All that glitters is not gold

Some advertisement carry remuneration packages which are too good to be true and require minimal criteria for application, think twice. if they are willing to pay you astronomical salaries and expect nothing to return , there is a highly probable catch to it. We live in the 21st century, employers work on a 'Give and take' basis, not on a 'Give but don't take basis' .We all depend on money. They will not allow you to earn easy money.

Lesson No  3...

Strive for quality over quantity

Job success does not rely on how many applications you submit, it relies on the quality of your application. You are less likely to have a response by sending the same CV to many organizations than taking longer to customize your CV before applying for the job role which is advertised. This does not only make your CV unique but it gives you a better understanding of the different skills you possess which you often don't make use of . This is a good skills assessment exercise and you are sure reap the benefits by herein your phone ring asking you to attend an interview which will put a smile on your face..

Lesson No 4...

Make hay while the sun shines

You need to take time to prepare for your interviews ask your interviewer as many appropriate questions as you can. This does not only create a good impression but it also give you a clear picture of what the job entails and an a opportunity to clear any doubts so that you know what you are getting your self into before signing the job contract. If the interviewer gives you vague answers, ask for clarification. be concise about not wanting to be led astray.

Lesson No  5...

Experience makes man perfect, if your application is rejected, learn from them and start again with optimism without crying over split milk.
